According to tweets posted on the Web site, the day has been cancelled because of rain in the competition area. The pilots’ meeting will be held at 12:00.

“The pilots’ meeting just ended and the day is obviously cancelled with tomorrow in question. Mid and low level clouds are forecast with the passage of the cold front.
Brian Spreckley gave a good safety talk about thermalling in gaggles with near collision examples from Reiti with excellent scenario illustrations using “the soaring simulator”; we call it a video game.”
