Declare at 3:30 but pilots are asking for a 4 hour task, CD will
determine duration once pilots are in the air and he has spoken with
his task advisers.

Weather is cooler, mid-90’s and soaring conditions should produce 4-6
knots of lift to 12K and should be pretty consistent.
