SSA 2012: How to Make Good Clubs Better

On Thursday, February 2nd, Neita Montague , President of the Women Soaring Pilots Association (WSPA), shared her ideas in this presentation about how getting people interested in soaring might just provide a boost to your operation.

About the Presenter: Neita Montague began flying airplanes in 1984, became addicted to soaring in 1996, and became an instructor out of her love for sharing the sport. She flies an ASK-21 and a Libelle H301. She has been promoting the sport through the EAA Young Eagles program, the Ninety-Nines, and by giving presentations to local colleges, at aviation events, and at the Women in Aviation (WIAI) conventions.
