Day 4 18 Meter Nationals

My posts for Day 3 were not saved and I was technically challenged and decided to concentrate on the contests tasks, which are never ending.

Day 3 was hard for most pilots as the last leg was 95 miles into a 20-20+ knot headwind, unforecasted.  A few made it ease and the rest struggled but got home, one 1 motor start.  Ray Gimmey at 82+ MPH showed everyone how to do it.

Day 4 looks like higher and stronger lift, possibility of lighter winds though the models disagree  with the NWS and the Midland TAF.  We could see stronger winds east of the dry line that should be transitioning the area.
