The Auxiliary-powered Sailplane Association (ASA), an affiliate of the SSA, has finished their annual camp in Parowan. During the last two weeks, about twenty motorgliders and five unpowered sailplanes launched every morning into a promising Utah sky. 130 nautical miles further west in the Great Basin there is Ely Arpt, an airfield where a group of ambitious glider pilots had gathered to enjoy maybe even better conditions...
